Lead the National HR team in identifying and implementing people solutions in line with our business strategy and ensure the continued growth and success of our Australian operations.
Reporting into the National Director | People and Performance, you will manage the delivery of all generalist HR activities across areas ranging from performance management and HR operational processes, to organisational structure and change management.
Key responsibilities in this key leadership role will include:-
- Provide senior managers with advice across all areas of the employment life cycle, while aligning strategies and HR programmes with company objectives
- Manage and provide direction and guidance to the National HR team
- Manage the structured performance management process
- Drive increased levels of employee engagement across the business
- Work with other Business Service leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding and induction process for new employees
- Seek continual improvement of HR processes, programs and communication
- Advise on and implement? the company remuneration and benefits programmes
- Investigate and recommend contemporary people strategies and programmes to capitalise on opportunities
- Plan, implement and execute solutions to manage costs within the business
With responsibility for the delivery of HR services to the Australian corporate offices, this role will require some interstate travel.
In order to be successful, you will possess the following:-
- Extensive experience in a Senior HR role within a professional services organisation
- Experience in implementing strategic HR initiatives at a national level
- Experience in managing an HR team
- Ability to build relationships and influence managers and employees at all levels
- The ability to successfully facilitate solutions to confidential and complex employment matters
- Working knowledge of employment legislation? and regulation
- Excellent understanding of HRIS tools, preferably ADP Payforce National and competency in generating and analysing reports
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Occupational Health and Safety knowledge and certifications
