Outsourcing and Surging Your Business Part II for Realtor Marketing ...

Inside my previous article We?ve outlined why should you outsource most or else all non cash flow producing activities. On this page I will give full attention to exactly what tasks you must outsource, why and what are among the best ways to carry out outsourcing into your real estate property practice and/or agent marketing.

What can you as a realtor outsource?

Just about everything else you can think of over and above meeting with clientele, showing properties, joining listings, negotiating along with closing deals. Any devices can be outsourced. It is usually summed up straight into 4 broad types.

1. Internet as well as Marketing: These services usually include things for example web and software program development, mobile software development, search motor optimization, search motor marketing, social press, inbound marketing along with other advanced internet advertising techniques.

2. Innovative Services: Need something which stands out? No problem. You can get website design, graphic design, advert design, print, expensive design, animation, 3D modeling as well as language services done with this category.

3. Back-up and support Services: Include items like telemarketing, support and customer satisfaction, outbound sales, copywriting, proofing along with editing, transcription, written content moderation, game and also other community moderation

4. Back Office Assist: Easily get solutions like data accessibility, data processing, HOUR OR SO and recruitment, human resources, bookkeeping, personal asst, virtual assistant along with business reputation operations.

Bottom line will be, all of these kinds of services can and may be outsourced. In case you are not doing it you might be wasting valuable time that might be spent on providing your clients.

What are the best outsourcing practices for realtors?

There are truly only two. Very first, know exactly what processes you need to outsource. Second, know what type of a measurable outcome you anticipate after which measure it. It?s that easy. If you get into it knowing exactly what type of a result you would like for your property practice it is possible to improve your property practice significantly. In the event that, on the additional hand, you go in to this without knowing exactly what you want to outsource or a definite goal, you will suffer from lots of frustration and probably lose lots of money in the finish.

Where should realtors look for the very best Real Estate outsourcing companions?

In the Philippines. Indeed, in the Philippines. Should you didn?t know, the Philippines may be the 3rd largest British speaking country on the planet. Most people are extremely well educated, extremely loyal and hard working. If you employ directly your should be prepared to pay between $4-7 per hour to allow them to work for a person. Speaking from encounter I would avoid other countries like India as a result of language barrier as well as higher costs related to outsourcing there.

How you can outsource?

In almost all of the cases it may not make sense for ones to visit your Philippines. That is the reason why we highly recommend using online language learning resources like Expertzoo. com, Elance or Odesk in relation to finding your outsourced workers partners. Please contact us when you need more information as well as visit http://www.expertzoo.com/sample3. aspx

Just how much should I anticipate to pay for if I outsource my property practice or real estate agent marketing functionality?

It really will depend on exactly be sure that outsource and in who is assignment.

If you demand complex or specialized services to your real estate practice or to your realtor marketing campaign expect you?ll pay more. Some services just like programming and primary marketing (outbound sales) have reached the premium. Properly, when I say with a premium it signifies you still get yourself a discount of between 50-90% from your prices your would pay in the USA

The other perhaps the equitation is that?s your partner. The greater the outsourcing company you happen to be dealing with, greater money you are going to pay. I advice anyone against using international outsourcing companies quite often due to your prohibitive costs linked to them. Here will be the rough guideline. Anticipate to pay the next prices for standard outsourcing services.

A. Multinationals: $12 as well as up/hour

B. Small in order to Mid Size Freelancing Partners: $7-12/hour

2. Direct Hire/Virtual Assistants: $4-7/hour.

In conclusion, I believe choosing much better away from outsourcing your non-essential and also non-income generating jobs (particularly those you hate) for the resources available to you inside the Philippines. After almost all, by concentrating your entire energy on revenue generating tasks an individual put yourself inside the position do double and even triple your income in 2010 alone.

Pauly D's 'Jersey Shore' Spin-Off To Premiere March 29

MTV's 'The Pauly D Project' will feature its own cast of colorful characters.
By Rob Markman

It isn't all GTL with Pauly D, and on his new MTV show, "The Pauly D Project," the "Jersey Shore" breakout star is ready to show the world a whole new side.

As a DJ, Paul "Pauly D" Delvecchio has already accomplished more than his "Shore" fans may realize. He's toured with Britney Spears, earned himself a residency at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and signed a deal with 50 Cent's G-Note Records. "The Pauly D Project" will follow the Rhode Island native as he handles his growing musical stardom.

"It'll be probably along the lines of, I used to be this DJ in Rhode Island, DJing two sets a week, hustling, promoting," Pauly explained to MTV News back in January 2011. "And all of a sudden, I'm on this show, and now they're sending private jets for me to DJ for these huge crowds, yet I'm still the same guy that was DJing for 200 people, just loving life."

On this journey Pauly will have to separate from his "Shore" family, but the new show promises its own cast of colorful characters. There's Pauly's road manager from Rhode Island, Michael "Biggie" Morgan, and the DJ's personal bodyguard and friend Gerard "Big Jerry" Gialanella.

For photos of Pauly D over the years, click here.

Don't be surprised if Pauly's G-Note boss also makes a couple of cameos. In December, 50 Cent spoke about Pauly's new show and how it will become a springboard for his music. "He obviously has a huge platform moving forward. His show is a spin-off from 'Jersey Shore,' " 50 said. "And being in front of large audiences every night DJing — we're gonna make a hit record out of the actual material that we have around and some of the new stuff that we'll put together."

As a part of the "Jersey Shore" cast, Pauly helped drive that show to become TV's hottest series over the course of five seasons, so there's no telling what he will bring to the first "Shore" spin-off. You're just going to have to tune in. "The Pauly D Project" will premiere at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on Thursday, March 29, immediately following the all-new "Punk'd" series.

Don't miss "Jersey Shore" every Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on MTV. For continuing "Shore" coverage, be sure to check in with MTV's Remote Control blog.

Three Tibetans self-immolate in western China: report (Reuters)

BEIJING (Reuters) ? Three Tibetans in southwestern China have set themselves ablaze in protest against Chinese rule, Radio Free Asia reported, the latest in a series of self-immolations over the past year.

The three set themselves on fire on Friday in Seda county, known as Serthar in Tibetan, in Sichuan province, calling for freedom for Tibet and the return of exiled Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, the U.S.-funded Radio Free Asia broadcast and online news service said on Saturday, citing three sources, one of whom is in exile.

One person died at the scene, while the other two -- Tsaptsai Tsering, 60, and Kyarel, 30 -- were seriously injured, it said, citing unidentified sources. It said it could not identify the dead person.

Seda was among the three sites of violent clashes between security forces and demonstrators in Sichuan in late January that marked the bloodiest spate of Tibetan-linked violence in China since early 2008. Riots and protests erupted then in Tibet's capital, Lhasa, and spread to other restive regions in China's western border regions including Sichuan, Qinghai and Gansu provinces.

Calls to officials in Seda county were unanswered on Sunday.

If the latest incident is confirmed, at least 13 of the 19 Tibetans who have self-immolated in the past 11 months -- most of whom were Buddhist monks and nuns -- are believed to have died.

For the Chinese government, the self-immolations are a small but destabilizing challenge to its regional policies, which it says have lifted Tibetans out of poverty and servitude.

China has branded the immolators as terrorists and blamed Tibetan separatist forces for fomenting hatred among the people.

Security forces have clamped down on the Tibet Autonomous Region and other Tibetan areas of China, setting up road blocks and cutting off some communications, making it impossible for journalists and others to independently verify conflicting accounts.

Tibetan advocacy groups say as many as seven Tibetans were shot dead and dozens wounded during the protests in January. China's official Xinhua news agency reported that police fired in self-defense on "mobs" that stormed police stations.

China has ruled what it calls the Tibet Autonomous Region since Communist troops marched in 1950. It rejects criticism that it is eroding Tibetan culture and faith, saying its rule has ended serfdom and brought development to a backward region.

On Saturday, U.S. Senator John McCain warned China's Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun that "the Arab Spring is coming to China" and highlighted the number of Tibetans burning themselves to death in China.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) ? Jared Sullinger wore out Wisconsin. Then William Buford put the Badgers away.

No. 3 Ohio State wasn't going to give No. 19 Wisconsin a shot at another comeback.

Sullinger scored 24 points and Buford hit a critical 3-pointer down the stretch, helping the Buckeyes beat the Badgers 58-52 on Saturday.

Sullinger was shocked when he wasn't double-teamed on defense to start the game, and he pounced immediately.

"I don't think I saw single coverage since first part of the season of my freshman year," Sullinger said. "When I saw that, I got excited. I decided to go to work."

Deshaun Thomas scored 16 points and Buford added 11 for the Buckeyes (20-3, 8-2 Big Ten), who held onto their lead in the conference standings. Sullinger also had 10 rebounds.

With the victory, Ohio State ended a nine-game losing streak to Wisconsin in Madison ? and avoided a repeat of last year's comeback by the Badgers, who erased a second-half deficit to defeat the Buckeyes 71-67.

"What happened last year is last year," said Sullinger, who became the 48th Ohio State player to score 1,000 career points. "We won, and that was the main goal."

Ryan Evans scored 14 points for the Badgers (18-6, 7-4), who were 5 for 27 from 3-point range.

Wisconsin has lost four home games in a season for the first time under Badgers coach Bo Ryan.

Inconsistent 3-point shooting ? and a failure to find other ways to score ? has dogged the Badgers. But that didn't mean Ohio State coach Thad Matta was happy to see Wisconsin put up so many 3s.

"I was nervous as hell every time they let it go," Matta said.

The Badgers had no early answer for Sullinger. He scored the Buckeyes' first nine points, consistently getting the best of the player assigned to defend him, Jared Berggren. Sullinger finished the first half with 16 points.

"I let him get a couple of easy ones early, and that set the tone," Berggren said. "A great player like him, once he gets a little bit of confidence, he's hard to stop. A lot of it came early on. I let him get going. I've got to take a little blame myself for that one."

Sullinger had a tougher time to start the second half, taking an elbow to the face from Berggren on the defensive end and later missing an easy layup after he'd badly beaten a defender on the baseline.

Wisconsin later went to smaller but more mobile players, Evans and Mike Bruesewitz, in an attempt to slow down Sullinger.

Ryan said he "just wanted people who wanted to move their feet and not allow a pass to enter the post" against Sullinger. Ryan called it an "easy decision" but didn't directly criticize the 6-foot-10 Berggren.

"I'm not going to sell out any particular players or anything," Ryan said.

Buford said he urged Sullinger to take advantage of the way he was being defended.

"Bo Ryan is a great coach, I'm sure he had a strategy that he knew he was going to work," Buford said. "Me personally, I don't think you should put just one person on (Jared). That's just me personally."

Trailing 47-40 with 6:22 left, Wisconsin went on a 10-4 run, cutting Ohio State's lead to one on a 3-pointer by Mike Bruesewitz with 3:46 left.

"We told our guys through that stretch we were playing with fire," Matta said.

But Sullinger came up with a steal, and Buford hit a 3-pointer on the other end to give the Buckeyes a 54-50 lead with 2:27 left. Buford struggled at times with his shooting, especially over the past month, but showed the Buckeyes still can count on him.

"I've got great faith in William," Matta said. "That was a big, big-time shot for us."

It was the only 3-pointer the Buckeyes hit all day, going 1 for 7. Until then, they were in danger of going without a made 3-pointer for the first time since a loss at Penn State on Jan. 10, 2004.

Saturday's game came after a few days' worth of tension between the schools' athletic departments, centered on a dispute between their respective football programs.

Badgers football coach Bret Bielema hinted during his news conference on Wednesday's national signing day that new Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer was using "illegal" recruiting tactics. Bielema didn't provide specifics. Meyer and Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith subsequently issued statements defending their recruiting practices. Meyer said "no one on this staff did anything illegal or unethical."

But that didn't have any bearing on Saturday's game. The Buckeyes were just happy to get a win in what typically has been a tough place to play.

"It was kind of big because no one ever won here," Buford said. "This is my last time coming here. Of course, I wanted to get the win, and coach Matta, I've never seen him so happy."

US Marine fights conviction for suicide attempt (AP)

HAGERSTOWN, Md. ? A discharged Marine private who slit his wrists in a suicide attempt is fighting his military conviction for deliberately injuring himself, arguing the punishment is inconsistent with the armed forces' efforts to battle a rise in suicides during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

It's not clear how often the Marines or any other service branch prosecute active duty members for trying to kill themselves. But the defense lawyer for Pvt. Lazzaric T. Caldwell says it's wrong to punish service members with mental health problems for genuine suicide attempts. Suicide prevention has become a priority across the military as numbers climbed in the past decade with the increasing stress of combat and multiple deployments in the wars.

Caldwell, 25, of Camp Pendleton, Calif., never deployed to a war zone but was diagnosed in 2009 with post-traumatic stress disorder and a personality disorder, according to court records. In 2010, he slashed his wrists in his barracks at Camp Schwab in Okinawa, Japan.

He pleaded guilty at a court-martial that year to "intentional self-injury without intent to avoid service," a criminal charge that the government says helps maintain good order and discipline in the armed forces. The charge is sometimes used in self-injury cases when there isn't enough evidence to prove malingering, military justice experts say.

Caldwell was sentenced to 180 days in jail and a bad conduct discharge. Military rules allow an appeal after a guilty plea in some cases, but Caldwell's initial appeal to the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals was denied in December. His lawyer, Navy Lt. Mike Hanzel, said this week he will ask the military's highest court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington, to hear the case.

"I think it definitely touches important issues which are affecting all the branches of the armed forces right now," Hanzel said in a telephone interview from Bremerton, Wash.

Military prosecutors didn't immediately respond to requests for comment on the case. In an appellate brief, the government stated that Caldwell "was not charged with, or convicted of, attempting suicide. He was charged with, and properly convicted of, intentionally injuring himself to the prejudice of good order and discipline or the discredit of the service."

Hanzel claims military law prohibits intentional self-injury prosecutions for genuine suicide attempts induced by depression, PTSD or other mental illness because the mental illness makes it impossible to prove a guilty intent. He also noted that successful suicides are presumed by the military to have been committed in the line of duty, and the service member's death isn't considered to have been due to their own misconduct.

"(I)f you succeed in committing suicide your service is treated honorably and your family receives full benefits," Hanzel wrote in an email to The Associated Press. "(I)f you are unsuccessful in a genuine suicide attempt, you can receive a federal conviction and get a bad-conduct discharge and jail time, which is what happened to Pvt Caldwell."

The Marine Corps wasn't immediately able to provide statistics on prosecutions or convictions for intentional self-injury without intent to avoid service. The Navy, which handles some services for the Marines including justice, said only that no such cases came before Navy court-martials last year.

Retired Army Judge Advocate Victor M. Hansen, a professor at the New England School of Law in Boston, said it's fairly unusual for commanders to convene courts-martial on self-injury charges. "It happens but it doesn't happen a lot," he said.

The military has had an increase in suicide rates among all branches since the start of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Marine Corps reported a record 175 suicide attempts among active-duty Marines in 2011. It said 33 Marines committed suicide last year, down from 37 in 2010.

Back in 2010, Caldwell told the court he tried to kill himself minutes after he was told he was going to the brig to await trial on charges including larceny for allegedly helping a friend steal a belt from a local shop. He had learned a day earlier of a friend's death, and he said those events were the last straws in a series of emotional blows that included the deaths of several family members, a stabbing by his former fiance, a 60-day confinement for other alleged offenses and personal problems within his unit.

Caldwell said in a telephone interview that after he was patched up and put in the brig, he was surprised to learn he would be charged with self-injury

"I thought it was unfair and I thought it was just kind of morally wrong to punish somebody for something of that nature," Caldwell said in a telephone interview.

"Seeing the kind of state I was in, there should have been a way of getting help instead of just a punishment," he said.

Caldwell said he took the plea in hopes it would be the quickest way to get home to see his sick mother.

The bad-conduct discharge made him ineligible for certain veteran's benefits, though, so Caldwell, who has since married an active-duty Marine, said he's getting no mental-health treatment.

The judge in Caldwell's case accepted his guilty plea without ordering a mental-health examination, which Hanzel claims was another error.

The charge has been on the books since at least the 1940s. It is applied in self-injury cases in which the government can't prove an intent to avoid service but can show that the act was detrimental to good order and discipline, or could bring discredit upon the armed forces.

Eugene Fidell, who teaches military justice at Yale Law School, said the case raises fundamental questions about the purpose of military justice, which allows for prosecution of some acts that wouldn't be crimes in the civilian world.

"One would have to assume that the pre-trial investigating officer and the convening authority would have given long and prayerful consideration to the wisdom of pursuing such a case," he said
